Meet Antwaun Hill

Antwaun is an exceptional realtor. He is all I need to do property business. He is so professional, patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and respectful to clients. I’m grateful for his help, no matter the value of the house.

Antwaun was nothing short of excellent in helping me purchase my first condo. I feel so lucky that we connected through this platform—I didn’t have a realtor, had no idea what I was doing, and had simply signed up to tour a property. From our very first interaction, Antwaun made me feel completely at ease. At the open house, he asked all the right questions and took the time to understand not only what I was looking for in a condo, but also who I was as a person. I felt truly seen, heard, and valued throughout the entire process. Within just three months, I had purchased my first home. Antwaun was with me every step of the way—always available to an...

Antwaun did an excellent job in helping me with the process of buying a home. Always helped me when I had questions and makes sure to answer them thoroughly.

Antwaun Hill is truly the best real estate agent I’ve ever had. Over the past year, he helped me navigate a really crazy time in my life. He first helped my mom, and I found a safer house for her (concerns about falling). We spent months going back and forth between wanting a 2-bedroom or 3. He was patient and helped us to figure out what we were really looking for. Then, when she fell, I thought we would need to install a ramp. I reached out to Antwaun again, and he jumped in to help even though it was after the purchase was completed. Then it quickly became apparent that we couldn’t stay in our new house and needed a new place. Antwaun again jumpe...

Very helpful and timely, especially when we needed to get things completed and meet deadlines. Nothing bad to say. Ended up with a nice home at a 2.25 interest rate locked in. Couldn’t have been much better for me. Antwaun assisted a lot in the process and taught me about real estate.

Antwaun is a superb agent. I will continue to utilize Antwaun’s services for future purposes and would trust him to assist my family and closest friends. Antwaun is a reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy real estate professional. In our journey of purchasing a property, Antwaun was quick to send links to possible listings that would meet our needs, was readily available, and worked to set up showings on short term notice, provided realistic expectations on properties and competitive offers, as well as keeping our best interests in mind throughout the negotiation and tedious closing process.

Being prior service, Antwaun did an outstanding job in helping my family and I find a home during our military move. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us with our first home-buying experience. We quickly realized his skills are unmatched, and we’re very fortunate to have had his help.

Antwaun's professionalism and attention to detail positioned us to be able to accept an above-asking-price offer for our home within 72 hours of listing. He is a full-service realtor who is invested in creating a stress-free experience for his clients. 5 Stars! Strongly Recommend!

Cool, calm, and collected, Antwaun is just the realtor you want to work with. His experience and knowledge of Hawaii real estate leave his clients confident in their home purchase/sale. A veteran himself, Antwaun is also a wealth of knowledge for military homebuyers. Having worked with Antwaun on a recent transaction, I witnessed his work ethic firsthand, which allowed us to move through the process without delay. He is quite savvy on the loan/financing side of the house as well, and was able to educate me on the loan basics, ultimately allowing for a smooth transaction.
